  • ZeroStart

    ZeroStart circulation tank heaters provide reliable engine preheating in all weather conditions. By continuously circulating heated coolant throughout the engine block, these heaters ensure faster starts, quicker warm-up times, and immediate full-load acceptance—even in extremely cold climates.

    Built with a durable, corrosion- and impact-resistant aluminum housing, ZeroStart heaters are available in power ratings from 750 W to 2250 W, making them ideal for professional use in diesel and gas generators, agricultural equipment, compressors, and other stationary engines.

    These units come with either 5/8" or 3/4" hose connections and feature an automatic-reset regulating thermostat for precise temperature control. A built-in overheat safety thermostat provides additional protection, ensuring safe operation in demanding environments.

  • FlowStart

    The FlowStart is a compact and efficient electric coolant preheater with an integrated circulating pump, engineered for diesel and natural gas engines in stationary applications such as generator sets (gensets). With available power ratings from 0.5 kW to 2 kW and support for 120V or 230V input, FlowStart ensures reliable cold starts and evenly distributed engine heating in harsh environments.

    Unlike standard heaters, FlowStart features a built-in circulating pump delivering 300 L/h (1.3 GPM) at 1 m pressure head. This active circulation ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the engine’s coolant system, helping engines reach optimal operating temperature faster, even in extreme cold. The result: less wear during startup, reduced fuel consumption, and lower emissions.

    Constructed with a durable cast aluminum housing, Incoloy 800 heating element, and a PA66 electrical cover, FlowStart is built to last. A 2.1 m (6.9 ft) power cable makes installation easy, while the integrated regulating thermostat maintains coolant temperature in the range of 93–104°F (34–40°C) or 95–122°F (35–50°C) depending on model. An added manual-reset safety thermostat ensures safe operation, with cutoff at 230°F (110°C).
